Sharon's Story
"I started going to Jean with the aim of increasing my general fitness level. Deep down I also knew that I needed to lose some weight. At times I became disheartened as I was watching what I ate but was still unable to lose weight.
Jean, in her encouraging way, took control. She devised an eating plan specifically for me and combined with my 2 sessions with her each week I have lost 18 lbs to date. Jean is a good motivator and when you are feeling absolutely exhausted with her “punishing regime” she makes you do even more, but never more than you are able to achieve. Having broken both my ankles (at different times!) and suffering from asthma, I never believed I could run. Now, I can run 3 miles.
I would never have believed that I could achieve what I have in terms of fitness and weight loss, but I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jean – she makes it fun, whilst working you hard. She encourages, motivates and most importantly…gets results!"
