Train in our private studio alone or with a friend to make maximal use of all the available equipment or if you are short of time (aren’t we all these days) then we can bring our equipment to you and train in the privacy of your own home. We can even come to your place of work to train you while you are still in work mode.
With personal training we can devise an exercise programme just for you that focuses on your goals and preferences. You will receive personal attention to ensure that all exercises are safe and effective as well as continual encouragement to keep you motivated to strive towards your aim.
We also provide personalised diet plans to help you lose weight, gain muscle or maximise your sporting performance.
