Jane's Story

"I have been coming to Jean for a couple of years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the exercise programme she does for me.  I have had a few personal problems in the past 18 months and Jean has always kept me on track.  It is easy when you go to a gym to just put in a bit of effort because no-one is watching you, but with Jean motivating you it gives you the boost you need to carry on.  Jean makes you realise that you can do what she asks even when you really think you can't.

My biggest problem was 'comfort' eating and then starving myself to try and get rid of the excess weight.  The exercise and diet programme Jean set for me has worked very well I have lost three stone in weight and improved my stamina and fitness. Jean made me realise that food, in the right quantities and food groups is good and now I don't want to have the wrong things anymore.

Jean has given me my confidence and self esteem back and I love going to see her and meeting new people.  

Jean has, in short, given me my life back.  She is not only my personal trainer but also my friend and I would like to thank her for that."
