Exercise Classes

The Sociable Way to Exercise

Whether its circuit training, aerobics or a martial arts based exercise class, group exercise sessions are fun, motivational and excellent for burning calories.  We currently run these classes in various locations around Worthing but would be very happy to run a class in or near your place of work for you and your colleagues.

At your request we can provide exercise to music classes for maximum calorie burning or muscular endurance type classes to increase muscle tone or circuit training for an all round exercise session.
