"I started going to JPA with the aim of increasing my general fitness level. Deep down I also knew that I needed to lose some weight. At times I became disheartened as I was watching what I ate but was still unable to lose weight. 

JPA took control. I was given an eating plan and combined with my 2 training sessions each week I have lost over 2 stone to date. Having broken both my ankles (at different times!) and suffering from asthma, I never believed I could run. Now, I can run 4 miles.

Activities include hill walking, abseiling, running through the woods, team games, archery, fitness training drills, exercise classes or high wire zip sliding.
