About Us

All our staff are fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers at the very least, but between us we have a far more interesting array of experience and qualifications.

Our core trainers are:

Jean Parris-Attfield Dippt Mnar (R.E.P.S)

Jean has 8 years experience in Personal Training as well as qualifications in Circuit Training, Sports Therapy and Sports Massage.  She also holds a black belt in Taekwon-Do and specialises in martial arts style fitness training.

Jeremy Kyle
Jean has featured as a Fitness and Nutrition expert on their health show, and has recently filmed a documentry for the BBC on Bad food Management in pregnancy.
